Jeff Ondeck

Jeff Ondeck is the Interim Director of Workforce Strategy & Talent at Dartmouth Health since April 2021. Previously, he was the President of Prolucent Health, where he had acquired his company LiquidCompass, which he founded and led. Prior to that, he worked as a Strategic Advisor at The Advisory Board Company and as the Founder, Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Workforce Management Business Unit at Broadlane. Jeff holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and London Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
