Leila Henderson MHA, MSN, RN, PCMH CCE, CPHQ, CPPS, CPHIMS is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Quality Improvement, Patient Safety and Operations Support at Dartmouth Health since September 2024. Leila's extensive career includes roles such as National Quality Director of Nursing at Curative and Principal Consultant/Founder of Ballast Group, LLC, which specializes in bespoke healthcare quality consulting services. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University, Leila instructs on Health Quality Management. Previous experiences encompass managerial and administrative positions focused on quality improvement, clinician education, and operational support in various healthcare settings, including Lawrence General Hospital and Wentworth Douglass Hospital.
