Becky Thomas

Becky Thomas, SHRM-CP, CHCR has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Becky currently works at Dartmouth-Hitchcock as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Team Lead, previously holding positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to their time at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Becky worked as an Administration Manager at Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre and as a Programme Advisor at Aston University. Becky also has experience in payroll administration and management roles at Okemo Mountain Resort, as well as serving as a Camp Director at Camp Little Notch and holding various positions at Camp Farnsworth. Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, administration, customer service, payroll, and staff management.

Becky Thomas, SHRM-CP, CHCR has a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Teacher Education from the University of Hartford, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Becky also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Music from the University of York, which they completed in 2000. Recently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Colby-Sawyer College, which they will complete from 2022 to 2024. In addition to their degrees, Becky has obtained several certifications including SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Certified Health Care Recruiter Credential, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, and SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty.
