Brant J. Oliver, PhD, MS, MPH, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Brant J. is currently working as the System Vice President for Care Experience at Dartmouth Health since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, including Director of the Chronic Health Improvement Research Program (CHIRP), DHMC Associate Chief Quality Officer for Patient Experience, Residency Program Faculty, and Principal Scientist in Healthcare Improvement Science.

Dr. Oliver also has academic affiliations with Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice. Brant J. has held positions as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, teaching and conducting research in healthcare improvement science disciplines.

Brant J. Oliver, PhD, MS, MPH, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1991 to 1995. Brant J. pursued further education at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing - Family and Psychiatric Advanced Practice (Nurse Practitioner) from 1999 to 2002. Oliver continued their academic journey at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Public Health from 2005 to 2008. Dartmouth College was also the institution where they completed their PhD in Health Policy & Clinical Practice from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, Oliver earned a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, specializing in Improvement Methodology & Analytics.
