Brian Barnacle

Chief Radiology Resident at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics

Brian Barnacle began their work experience in 2006 as a Basic Training Soldier in the US Army. Brian went on to serve as an AIT Soldier and then as a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. In 2008, they attended the U.S. Army Basic Officer Leadership Course and became an Officer. From 2010 to 2012, Brian worked as an Operational Law Attorney with the 1st Infantry Division in Iraq. In 2019, they joined Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics as a Chief Radiology Resident. Currently, they are working as a Radiologist in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps starting in 2020.

Brian Barnacle has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Knox College, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Brian then pursued a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola University Chicago between 2002 and 2005. Following that, they attended Kansas State University from 2012 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, specializing in General Biology. Lastly, Brian completed their education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) from 2015 to 2019.
