Daniela Bridgwater

Daniela Bridgwater has extensive experience in healthcare administration and population health management. Daniela has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, Emerson Hospital, Emerson Physician Hospital Organization, and Partners Community Health Care. Their roles have included overseeing accountable care initiatives, developing and executing strategic and clinical processes, implementing population health management programs, and coordinating administrative functions. Daniela has also worked on improving quality and efficiency in healthcare delivery, collaborating with physicians and medical staff, and implementing strategies to meet performance goals.

Daniela Bridgwater holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Science University.
