Jenny Macaulay is an experienced professional in workforce development and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development & Planning at Dartmouth-Hitchcock since October 2015, Jenny previously held the position of Manager in Organization, Transformation and Talent at Deloitte Consulting from July 2009 to October 2015. Jenny began the career as a Lead Recruiter at Aerotek Engineering (2005-2007), and also worked as a Communications Specialist at The Mountain Institute (2002-2003) and as an intern at the Quebec-Labrador Foundation (2001). Jenny holds an MBA in Change Management from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business (2007-2009) and a BA in International & Public Policy from Princeton University - School of Public and International Affairs (1998-2002).
