Joel Lester

Joel Lester is a Consultant in Private Equity at Dartmouth Partners since October 2025. Previously, from July 2023 to September 2025, Joel served as Senior Consultant for Project Development (DACH) at Piper Maddox, leading the DACH Project Development function and connecting Renewable Energy talent with clients. Joel co-founded Brizla, an events brand, while studying at the University of Bristol, where a strong understanding of business operations, marketing, and event promotion was developed. Joel's diverse experience also includes roles in hospitality at The Waiting Game, freelance work at Babbel, and various internships, including positions at Oxera Consulting LLP and Mishcon de Reya LLP. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Russian from the University of Bristol and has international experience in teaching and personal assistance.
