Bill Zheng is an incoming 2025 Summer Intern at NERA, specializing in the Energy, Environment, Communications & Infrastructure (EECI) Practice. Currently a James O. Freedman Presidential Scholar and Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Dartmouth College, Bill supports the COSC 10 course on object-oriented programming in Java. Previous experience includes serving as a Winter Business Analyst at Arthur D. Little and a Legislative Intern in the office of Congressman Sean Casten. Bill also contributed as a Research Assistant at The Arthur L. Irving Institute for Energy and Society. Bill is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Quantitative Social Science with a concentration in Environmental Studies at Dartmouth College and will participate in an exchange program in Economics at Yonsei University. Educational background includes Naperville North High School and participation in the Yale Young Global Scholars program.
