Karen Wilson

Karen Wilson is a dynamic and strategic HR Executive with extensive experience in benefits, retirement, and wellness program development. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits and Wellness at Dartmouth College, Karen previously held the same title at Miami University, where initiatives were aligned with organizational goals from July 2017 to December 2023. Prior to that, Karen worked as Benefits Director at TriHealth, overseeing benefit administration for a large healthcare delivery system. Earlier roles include Vice President at Car-part.com, Senior Director of Community Affairs at The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, and Physician Liaison at TriHealth Hospitals. Karen holds a Master's degree in Management from Antioch University Midwest and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Xavier University.
