Robert Hill

Associate Professor

Robert Hill is an experienced academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Dartmouth College since July 2018. Prior to this role, Robert completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine from July 2012 to June 2018 and conducted doctoral research at the University of Connecticut from 2007 to June 2012 under the supervision of Dr. Akiko Nishiyama, focusing on polydendrocyte dynamics in relation to axons. Robert also held the role of Teaching Assistant for Anatomy and Physiology Lab courses during graduate studies. Earlier academic achievements include an honors thesis at Trinity College-Hartford under Dr. Harry Blaise, examining adenosine receptor deficiency, as well as a summer internship at Resodyn Corporation. Robert holds a PhD in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
