Stephen Carter has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to present, they worked at DartPoints, starting as a Support Associate and then transitioning to a Site Operations Engineer. In their roles, they provided support for data center customers, provisioning virtual machines and troubleshooting server, VMware, and networking issues. Their responsibilities also included managing firewall products and network virtualization, as well as supporting security-related projects.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Support Agent at QS/1 Data Systems.

From 2008 to 2015, they worked at The Encouraging Word as a Media Specialist. Initially, their responsibilities included order fulfillment, media duplication, and mailing. Over time, they expanded their role to include website maintenance, scheduling e-blasts, video editing, supporting desktops and servers, system administration, and upgrading hardware and software.

From 2012 to 2014, they attended Spartanburg Community College and completed A+ and CCNA courses. However, they did not obtain a degree from this institution.

From 2007 to 2012, they attended the University of South Carolina Upstate and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Commercial Music.

Then, from 2013 to 2015, they returned to the University of South Carolina Upstate and obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, this time in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in Networking and Security.

In addition to their academic education, Stephen Carter obtained various certifications.
