Gina Fletcher

Gina Fletcher currently serves as Development Director and Deputy Chief Executive at the Royal Exchange Theatre since September 2022. With extensive experience in arts development, Gina has held various leadership roles, including Interim Chair and Trustee at darts since 2010 and Trustee at Quarantine from April 2018 to May 2023. As Executive Director of the Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme from August 2018 to September 2022, Gina was instrumental in delivering exceptional training opportunities for theatre directors. Prior to this, Gina worked in multiple capacities at the Royal Exchange Theatre, contributing to fundraising strategies and managing various development initiatives. Earlier career roles included Service Development Officer - Culture at Rossendale Borough Council and Arts Development Manager at darts, where Gina focused on community arts projects. Gina holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Chester.
