Rick Griswold

Rick Griswold has been working in the finance and business operations field for over 15 years. Rick started their career as a plant manager for Team Services in 1998, where they were responsible for managing production operations with a $10 million budget and 100 employees. Rick successfully turned around inefficient operations and improved project quality by pioneering the design and implementation of quality control/assurance systems. In 2000, they were recruited by Postal Center International to be their general manager, where they oversaw a $5 million budget and established a printing and lettershop subsidiary. Rick introduced purchasing functions as potential revenue streams and improved net margin profitability. In their current position as director of finance and business operations at Daruma Tech, they are responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, as well as providing support to Daruma Tech's president and CEO.

Rick Griswold has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University.

Their manager is Rob Kennedy, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Bruno Guimaraes - Senior IT Support, Jen Cavagnaro - Social Media Expert, and Susan Erickson - Co-Founder.
