Michelle Blecha

Michelle Blecha graduated from Carthage College in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, achieving a 3.4 GPA. Michelle's professional experience includes serving as the Women's Soccer Manager at Carthage College, where effective team communication and social media management were key responsibilities. Following this, Michelle held various roles at Enterprise Holdings, starting as a Management Trainee, progressing to Station Manager, and ultimately becoming a Business Rental Account Manager. In these positions, Michelle focused on operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and account management. Most recently, Michelle worked at Darwill from November 2020 to October 2022 as an Account Manager, Marketing Project Manager, and Customer Success Lead, where project management and client relationship-building were central to responsibilities.
