Travis Root

Travis Root is a Motion Graphic Designer at Darwin AI since May 2021, specializing in creating attention-grabbing animated graphics for various clients with a focus on quick turnarounds and contemporary trends. Previously, Travis worked as a Template Designer for Adobe Creative Cloud Express from April to June 2022, designing over 100 templates for educators and students. As Creative Lead at Xtend from June 2019 to May 2021, Travis developed custom marketing campaigns for numerous credit unions while enhancing the corporate brand through infographics and advertisements. Travis's experience also includes teaching English in Japan with ECC from February 2018 to April 2019, serving as Art Director at Media Sandbox at Michigan State University, and holding a position as Head Designer and Copywriter for MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services from May 2015 to May 2017. Travis began a career in communications as a Student Practitioner with Martin Waymire in 2016 after earning a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Creative Advertising from Michigan State University in 2017.
