Adam Borg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adam began their career in 1995 as a Project Leader for Computerization at St. Michael's Hospital, where they were involved in various responsibilities including assisting residents with research papers, system administration, and software development.

In 1997, Adam joined IBM as a C/C++ Compiler Tester and worked on analyzing test case failures and resolving defects. Adam gradually moved up the ranks within IBM, taking on roles such as C++ Front End Developer, Team Lead for Fortran Compiler Test, and Software Development Manager. In these roles, they led teams, oversaw daily operations, and managed projects related to compiler development, testing, and tooling.

In 2012, Adam transitioned into the role of Rational Enterprise Architecture, Analysis, Design & Construct Business Operations Manager, where they provided operational insights, drove process improvements, and performed financial analysis for a set of products under development.

In 2016, they became the Senior Manager of Cloud Foundation Services Operations for Sal Vella at IBM, where they continued to provide operational support and management oversight. Adam then assumed the position of Senior Manager of Business Operations for the IBM Cloud Platform, before finally serving as the Senior Manager of Business Operations for Bryson Koehler, GM of IBM Watson & Cloud Platform.

In 2018, Adam joined Darwin CX as the Director of Software Development, responsible for leading software development projects. Adam was later promoted to the role of Vice President of Products in September 2020.

From 1991 to 1996, Adam Borg attended the University of Toronto, where they pursued a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science, with a focus on Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
