Eric Caprio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric currently works at Darwin CX as a Product Manager since February 2022. In this role, they are focused on developing agile operations, managing product development, and executing client migrations.
Prior to Darwin CX, Eric worked at Limelight Platform from 2016 to 2020. Eric started as a Customer Success Associate and later became a Customer Success Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Administrative Director at Camp Wenonah, where they were responsible for administrative tasks. Additionally, Eric briefly worked as an Assistant Campaign Manager at United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin in 2013.

Eric Caprio graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, majoring in Marketing Management (Co-op). Eric attended the university from 2011 to 2016. Prior to their university education, Eric obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from St. Michael's College School, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Eric Caprio acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021.
