Wendy Rea

Wendy Rea currently serves as the Assistant Director of Portfolio Operations at Darwin Homes, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Wendy worked as a Property Manager at Atlas Property Management (KC) from January 2022 to December 2023 and as a Business Manager at Simplifyy from October 2020 to December 2021. Wendy also accumulated extensive experience at Maxus Properties, Inc. from December 2013 to October 2020, serving as a Property Manager, and held the role of Office Manager at Lineage between 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Wendy's career began at Price Brothers Management, where various titles including Account Manager, Property Manager, and Assistant Property Manager were fulfilled from 2004 to 2012. Wendy is an alumna of Indiana University South Bend.
