Akhil Perali has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as a People Manager at Darwinbox since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on maximizing client ROI through post-sales strategies. Prior to this role, Akhil advanced from Customer Success Consultant to Sr. Customer Success Consultant while managing partners across India, Southeast Asia, and Ireland. Previously, Akhil worked at Aon from February 2017 to June 2021, eventually becoming Senior Manager for South India, overseeing delivery and customer satisfaction. Early career stages involved contributions as a Sales Associate and Customer Service and Sales Manager at Aon.
