Chaitanya Peddi

Chaitanya Peddi is the Co-Founder and Product Head at Darwinbox. Chaitanya has nearly a decade of experience in management consulting, spanning across public and private sectors.

Peddi started their career as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young in April 2012, where they spent close to four years in their Business Advisory Services division. There, they delivered multiple consulting assignments that involved assisting organizations in India and Overseas in building long term value for the organizations through their people and processes. This included tasks such as organization design, developing HR systems & policies, conducting value-chain analysis and capability analysis, creating strategy maps, designing executive compensation plans, and more.

In December 2015, Peddi left Ernst & Young to co-found Darwinbox, where they currently lead the product team. Under their guidance, Darwinbox has become one of the leading HR technology platforms in India, used by over 500 companies including Coca-Cola, Decathlon, OYO Rooms, Aditya Birla Group, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and more.

Chaitanya Peddi has a PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur in Human Resources and Strategy. Chaitanya also has a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering from JNTU College of Engineering, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
