Divyabh Budhiraja

Divyabh Budhiraja is an accomplished professional in corporate development and strategic finance, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and RevOps at Darwinbox since July 2021. Prior to this, Divyabh held strategic finance roles at OYO from May 2019 to July 2021, where participation in the 'OYO Privy League' leadership development program and involvement in M&A, fund raising, and investor relations contributed to OYO's significant inorganic growth. Experience at Clix Capital from April 2018 to May 2019 included M&A, portfolio management, and structuring strategic alliances. A tenure at airtel saw Divyabh contribute to over 10 successful acquisitions as part of the M&A strategy team, while earlier roles at Ernst & Young and SBI Capital Markets focused on advisory and structured finance. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Finance from SPJIMR and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
