Rajib Bhakat

Rajib Bhakat is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Staff Product Designer at Darwinbox since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rajib held the position of AVP - Product Design at Sunstone from March 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with product, tech, and business teams to enhance Ed-tech user experiences and mentoring design team members. Rajib's experience also includes roles as a User Experience Consultant and UX Design Manager at Times Internet, achieving significant improvements in user engagement for news products, and serving as Lead Designer at Engineer.ai and Crown It, focusing on user-centered design and innovative product solutions. Rajib began the career as a User Experience Designer at Snapdeal and has foundational experience as a Teaching Assistant at IIT Guwahati and a Graduate Engineering Trainee at FLSmidth. Rajib holds a Master in Design from IIT Guwahati and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
