Ramya Prasad

Ramya Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ramya began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Indian Immunologicals Limited in 2007. Ramya then worked at Vish Tumu Associates as a Financial Modeling and Management Intern, where they assisted the Managing Director in delivering training to institutions. Ramya also worked as a Research Assistant at the Asian Institute of Gastroentrology, where they conducted research on Crohn's disease.

In 2008, Ramya joined letZknow.com as a Public Relations Manager, focusing on establishing contacts in public and media. Ramya then interned as a Reporter at The Times of India, specializing in City News.

Ramya subsequently worked at Deloitte in various roles. Firstly, they worked as a Recruiter, sourcing relevant profiles for Audit hiring. Ramya later held the position of Consulting Methods & Tools at Deloitte, from March 2011 to June 2012.

In 2013, Ramya became a Senior Consultant - Human Capital at Deloitte. Their responsibilities included advising clients on human resource strategies and implementing solutions.

Ramya joined Darwinbox in 2016, starting as a Senior Account Manager and later becoming the Director - Client Solutions & Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for independently handling business development, pre-sales, and customer implementations. Their expertise included product functional expertise in core HR, workforce management, talent management, payroll, and talent acquisition. Ramya also played a significant role in gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and coordinating with the development team for product build.

Ramya Prasad completed a B.Tech degree in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Before that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Nasr School. Ramya also attended Ivy League Academy from 2001 to 2003.
