Vijayshankar Ananthanarayanan is currently the Vice President & Global Head, Transformation at Darwinbox, where Vijayshankar is involved in co-building the company's globally respected SaaS-based talent transformation platform. Prior to this role, Vijayshankar was a Director at EY for 15 years, where Vijayshankar led People Consulting nationally for the Tech sector. Vijayshankar started their career as a Software Engineer at ITC Infotech India Ltd. Vijayshankar holds a PGDPMIR in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Electronics & Communication from RV College Of Engineering.
