Vijayshankar Ananthanarayanan is currently the VP & Global Head of Transformation at Darwinbox. Vijayshankar has over 15 years of experience in Consulting, with a focus on the Technology sector. Vijayshankar was previously with EY as the national leader for the Tech sector People Consulting team. There, they supported enterprise transformation programs and led sales, delivery, and thought leadership for multi-competency transformation programs addressing growth, EBITDA, and productivity lift. Vijayshankar has also been a Solution SMR for multiple areas, including integrated talent supply chain, talent digitalization & employee experience, organization design, performance & career architecture, M&A, and HR transformation through future of work. Prior to their time at EY, Vijayshankar worked as a Software Engineer at ITC Infotech India Ltd from January 2002 to December 2004.

Vijayshankar Ananthanarayanan has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Communication from RV College of Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPMIR) from XLRI Jamshedpur, and completed Class XII in Science from National Public School Indiranagar Bangalore.
