Matthias NIJSKENS is an accomplished managing director with extensive experience in organizational turnaround, business development, and management consulting. Since February 2019, Matthias has led DARWIND, focusing on talent matching and people development. Previously, as managing director of HeadMind Partners, notable achievements included doubling the organization’s size. Matthias also served as business unit manager at Capgemini Engineering, where a significant turnaround was executed in the telecom sector. With roles ranging from interim management to senior consulting and business development, Matthias has consistently emphasized people management and change within various organizations. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven.
