Darío Merino

Darío Merino has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Darío is currently working as a Software Developer at Darwinex since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BBVA from April 2019 to September 2021 as a CIB Software Architect. In this role, they were responsible for the technical leadership of the NOVA Platform, which supported the management and execution of over 100 projects in BBVA CIB & Client Solutions. Darío also worked at everis from September 2016 to April 2019, where they held various roles including Solutions Analyst and Solutions Assistant. During their time at everis, they contributed to the increase in the value proposition for microservices and cloud architecture proposals. Darío also managed and administered the Amazon Web Services account for the BBVA CIB architecture. Additionally, Darío Merino worked as a Socio at CireBits from February 2015 to September 2015, where they contributed to the selection and development of projects for the junior company. Lastly, they gained practical experience as a Junior Web Developer at Acumbamail from June 2015 to August 2015, where they utilized Django framework for web development and programmed in HTML & CSS.

Darío Merino pursued their education from 2004 to 2011 at IES Carpetania, where they completed their ESO and Bachillerato degrees. In 2011, they enrolled at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha and studied Grado en Ingeniería, specializing in Ingeniería informática. Darío dedicated himself to their studies until 2017 when they successfully completed their undergraduate degree. During their time at the university, from 2015 to 2016, they also undertook a Curso de Experto en Desarrollo de Videojuegos.
