Miriam Cordeiro

Miriam Cordeiro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Miriam started their career as an Investigator at Projecto TEIP/ESE-SETÚBAL in 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant Training Manager at Another Step, Lda, where they were responsible for constructing interactive tutorials and translating and constructing usage scripts for various Microsoft tools.

In 2011, Miriam became an External Trainer (Tertiary Sector) at IEFP, where they provided professional training in technology to various age groups. During this time, they also worked at APEE S. João de Deus as an Education Support, assisting students in using Microsoft Office tools and creating educational materials.

Miriam joined Novabase in 2013 as an Instructional Designer, focusing on the development of instructional content. The following year, they worked as a Training Consultant at Associação Portuguesa do Síndrome de Asperger, where they planned and delivered training programs in technology and social skills for young adults with Asperger's Syndrome.

From 2014 to 2016, Miriam worked as an External Consultant, providing consultancy services to various organizations. In 2015, they joined DYNAMIC Group Consulting | Assessment | Training | Coaching as an HR Development Consultant.

Since 2016, Miriam has been associated with darwinLabs, initially as an HR & Operations professional, then as an Operations Manager, and currently as an HR Manager.

Miriam Cordeiro has a comprehensive education history in the field of Education. Miriam obtained a Mestrado degree in Education from the University of Lisbon from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they participated in the Programa de Mobilidade Internacional ERASMUS at Universidade da Coruña from 2007 to 2008. Miriam also earned a Licenciatura degree in Education, specializing in Ciências da Educação, from the University of Lisbon between 2005 and 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Miriam Cordeiro has obtained several certifications. Miriam received the Certificação Internacional Profissional Coach from be:coach in November 2019. In January 2015, they acquired the Lumina Spark Assessment certification from Lumina Learning. Miriam also holds a CAP certification from IEFP, obtained in 2010. Furthermore, they have completed Formação Contínua de Professores from Conselho Científico Pedagógico da Formação Contínua de Professores, although the specific month of completion is not provided.
