Patricia Manning has a long history of accounting experience. Patricia began their career in 1977 as an Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper at Empire Door Inc. In this role they performed all A/P, A/R, P/R, and G/L functions to pre-financial statement status by hand, as well as creating and reconciling Forms 941, 940, and W-2's. In 1985, they moved to Deeny Construction Company Inc as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, where they were the direct assistant to both the Controller and Vice President of Operations, and handled all correspondence for both. Patricia then moved to Long Painting Company in 1991 as a Division Coordinator, where they processed all contracts and subcontracts, and was the direct assistant to the Vice President/Division Manager. In 1996, they became a Temporary Office Staff at Temporarily Yours Inc, and was sent on assignment to perform various office duties as required by the customer. In 2001, they were an Accounting Clerk at ePEO Link, where they reconciled bank accounts, medical premiums withheld from employees, and verified billings on medical invoices for over 5,000 employees in 48 states. Patricia also processed all state ordered child supports and garnishments. In 2014, they were a Staff Accountant at Trojan Lithograph and an Accounting Temp at Select Staffing. Since 2015, they have been an Accounting Specialist at Darwin's Natural Pet Products, where they support the Controller in accounting duties including Financial Statements, B&O Tax Reports, L&I Quarterly Reports, and Journal Entries. Patricia also supports Customer Service in reconciling A/R payments and credits, and processes all payroll functions and supports an outside HR Company.
Patricia Manning received their Associates in Business with Accounting Concentration from Kaplan University (now Purdue) in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their GED from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1970.
