Andrea Mencattini

Andrea Mencattini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently holding multiple presidential roles at Alleanza Assicurazioni, Genertel, DAS Difesa Legale, and Genertellife S.p.A. since January 2023. Prior to these positions, Mencattini served as Head of Governance & Institutional Relations at Assicurazioni Generali Country Italy & Global Business Lines from September 2019 to December 2022, and held a prominent role as dirigent at Generali Italia S.p.A. from June 1986 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Chief Governance of Insurance Subsidiaries, Business Development, and Institutional Relations. Mencattini also served as CEO and General Manager at Generali Welion from October 2017 to September 2019. Education includes a Laurea in Economia Aziendale from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, completed in 1986.
