Paritosh Sharan

Paritosh Sharan has diverse work experience in leadership coaching, consulting, and alliance management. Paritosh is currently the Chief People Advisor at Dasceq, where they provide strategic guidance on human resources. Previously, they served as the Regional Director at THE ALPHA GROUP INTERNATIONAL. Sharan is also a certified executive and team coach, having completed the Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Certification Program. Paritosh has worked as a Global Leadership and Team Coach at Global Coach Group, focusing on integrating coaching and technology for effective leadership development.
