Lamar Esbenshade has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. In 1997, they were the proprietor of INFORMUS Technology. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a .Net Senior Developer at Citi Group Fund Services Division, where they led development and architectural work for various applications. From 2009 to 2014, Lamar was the Development Manager at Residential Finance, overseeing software development and business analysis practices. During this time, they achieved improvements in quality, implemented change control processes, and managed the delivery of a custom branded SharePoint intranet. Lamar then joined IBM as a Web Development Manager from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they led a team and was responsible for web development projects. From 2015 to 2022, Lamar worked at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. Lamar initially held the role of Software Development Manager before becoming the Regional IT Services Manager in 2019. Finally, in 2022, they joined DASCO Home Medical Equipment as the Vice President of Information Technology.

Lamar Esbenshade completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Cedarville University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1995. In addition to their degrees, Lamar has also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2011.
