Ken was responsible for all worldwide marketing activities, including advertising, PR, events, web, channel marketing, merchandising, promotions, sponsorships, research, long-term forecasting and branding. Ken also oversaw product management/marketing, including product definition, design, software applications, positioning and segmentation. Ken completely revamped the product line, created sub-brands (Zire, Tungsten, LifeDrive), and dramatically increased direct marketing. Ken also grew #1 share and drove major competitor (Sony) out of the business.

Ken Wirt has an MBA in Marketing from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology of Kinetic Media from University of Michigan.
