Mike Schoen has extensive experience in various roles within the medical industry. Mike currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Dash Medical Gloves since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Product Director at Young Innovations, Inc. from December 2018 to February 2022, where they were responsible for the high-level strategy and growth of the Restorative business segment.

Mike Schoen obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Global Marketing from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Horticultural Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing their studies from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mike received a certification in Marketing Strategy and International Marketing from Cornell University, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
