Nicola Tang

Nicola Tang started their work experience in 2012 as an Assistant Manager in Retail at Cushman & Wakefield. Nicola then moved on to become a Manager in Retail at DTZ, a UGL company from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Nicola joined CBRE as a Senior Manager in Advisory & Transaction Services, Retail, and later became an Associate Director in the same department. Nicola worked at CBRE until 2020 when they joined Chanco Investment Group / Butterfly Hospitality Group as a Commercial Manager. Most recently, in 2022, Nicola became the Head of New Projects at Dash Living, a leading serviced living community in Asia.

Nicola Tang obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Construction and Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, they have pursued further education in the field of Sustainable Real Estate, earning a certification from the University of Cambridge. The year of obtaining the certification is not provided.
