Kimber Gabryszak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2001, they worked as a Cruise Director and River Guide for Regal China Cruises. From 2002 to 2003, they served as a Tour Director and Host Guide for Royal Celebrity. In 2004, they worked as a Planning Technician for Provo City. From 2005 to 2013, they were employed as a County Planner III at Summit County Community Development, where they handled long-range planning, affordable housing, regional planning, and special projects. Kimber then worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor for KimberG from 2010 to 2017. In 2007, they joined the Velo Bella Women's Cycling Team as a Pro Downhill Mountain Bike Athlete, competing in national events and collaborating with major sponsors. Kimber also had an athletic career from 2009 to 2014 as a Skeleton National Team Athlete for the U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Planning Director for Saratoga Springs, Utah, where their responsibilities included master planned developments, project management, and community outreach. Most recently, since 2017, Kimber has been associated with AtlasRTX, a Mindshare Venture, initially as a Director of Client Success, then as a Senior Director of Client Development, and finally as a VP of Client Delight. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Client Success at DASH2, an IT/technology recruiting and staffing firm specializing in matching professionals with clients' unique business challenges.

Kimber Gabryszak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a focus on Urban Planning from Brigham Young University. Kimber attended the university from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1999 to 2001, where they earned three Associate of Arts degrees in Mandarin Chinese, International Studies, and Geography. Kimber then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Utah, attending from 2007 to 2009.
