Alexandra Fedorova began their work experience in 2016 as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise. In this role, they gained practical knowledge and skills relevant to management. Following this, in 2018, they joined Dasha – Artificial Intelligence as a Customer Service Representative. Alexandra'sresponsibilities included utilizing the Dasha voice robot to automate routine workflows, reduce costs on repetitive tasks, balance workload based on demand, monitor real-time analytics, and test parallel hypotheses.

From 2013 to 2017, Alexandra Fedorova attended Florida State University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
