Rupert Young

Rupert Young has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Rupert began their career as a QA Technician at Creature Labs Ltd in 1998. Rupert then worked as a 3D Artist and later as a Producer at Rebellion from 1999 to 2004.

In 2006, Rupert joined MistCo Ltd as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for the development of educational software for maths and science.

Rupert then moved on to become the Commercial Director at Enjoy Gaming Ltd from 2009 to 2010, where they successfully raised startup investment and developed the company's games pipeline.

From 2013 to 2018, as the Commercial Operations Director and Founder of Black Cobra Studios Ltd (a subsidiary of EC-Interactive Ltd), Rupert provided outsource and contract services for mobile and social media gaming.

In 2018, they joined Group Olvia as the Director of Platform & Applications, focusing on the deployment of leading technologies and driving project management methodologies.

Starting in 2019, Rupert took on various roles, including Delivery Director at M2M Ecosphere Ltd, Advisor at OLVIA Resources Materials Mining International Ltd, and most recently, they are currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager and Delivery Director at Klarian Ltd.

Throughout their career, Rupert has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a track record of delivering successful projects.

Rupert Young has a Master's degree in Art, Design, and New Technology, which they obtained from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Rupert pursued this degree from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from Newcastle University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
