Caroline Hain

Caroline Hain is currently an instructional designer at Dashe & Thomson. Prior to this, they were an instructional designer and trainer at Evoke Consulting, LLC from January 2021 to June 2021. There, they worked closely with stakeholders in designing and developing effective and engaging training materials for call center agents. Caroline also used data to help continuously improve materials and support learning outcomes. Caroline has also been an instructional designer & eLearning developer at Learning Strategy and Design from October 2020 to August 2021. There, they were responsible for backwards planning to develop presentations, materials, and objectives; developing infographics, guides, and other supplementary materials using various software; communicating planning timelines and course updates to stakeholders; updating presentations and materials to reflect organizational policy changes, goals, etc.; maximizing participation through learner-centered experiences with discussions, peer to peer interaction, and various other activities; designing engaging and interactive knowledge-check activities and assessment questions to reflect the learning objectives; and converting ILT to vILT and eLearning. Before that, Caroline was an instructional designer & instructor at Loudoun County Public Schools from August 2016 to January 2021. Caroline Hain is a certified instructional designer and elearning specialist. Caroline holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Teacher Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Caroline has also completed certification programs in Instructional Design and eLearning from The Applied Instructional Design Academy, LinkedIn, and Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design.
