Rolando Gonzalez

Rolando Gonzalez, PE, currently serves as the Lead Engineer at Dashiell Corporation, where responsibilities include leading high-voltage substation project design and implementation for utility and industrial clients since July 2015. Previously, Rolando held the position of Electrical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell from June 2010 to July 2015, focusing on the design, construction, and commissioning of substation projects, ensuring adherence to client standards, and coordinating among project teams. Rolando gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at the Broadcasting Board of Governors and as a Master Control Operator at Fox Broadcasting, in addition to working as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. Rolando earned a BS in Electrical Engineering with Cum Laude honors from the University of Houston and holds a BS in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
