Russell Bay (Rusty)

Rusty Bay, CPA has over 30 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles. Russell (Rusty) started their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Audit in 1989. Afterwards, they worked as a Controller at Progear, Inc. in 1991 and then as a Senior Financial Analyst at Allwaste, Inc. from 1992 to 1997. Rusty then joined Encompass Services Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Planning and Investor Relations, where they directed financial planning and analysis and managed relationships with analysts and investors. In 2000, they joined Comfort Systems USA, where they served as Division CFO for the Atlas - Comfort Systems division and later as Regional Director for the South Region. Rusty then worked at Gulfmark Offshore as Vice President and Treasurer, where they oversaw operational analysis, investor relations, and worldwide treasury management. Currently, Rusty is the Vice President and CFO of Dashiell, where they play a key role in managing the company's finances.

Russell (Rusty) Bay, CPA pursued their education from 1987 to 1989 at Texas A&M University. During this time, they enrolled in the Accounting program and acquired expertise in Business, Finance, Accounting, and Management, focusing on the field of study.
