Weston L has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2020. Starting as an intern at J&E Office Furniture Systems, they handled job orders and directed logistics and operations for office furniture delivery. Weston then worked as a Youth Initiative Debate Partner at the Asian Development Bank, where they were exposed to various topics related to international finance institutions, environmental sustainability, and inclusive growth. Weston also served as a Debate Coach at Xavier School, leading the team to national championship victories and teaching courses on debate, morality, economics, and international law. Weston later became a Product Manager at Melotic, a fintech company focused on increasing financial inclusion through technology. Weston founded tabbr, a debate software platform used by thousands of users in multiple Asian countries. Additionally, they were the Founder and Lead Developer of Dashboard Philippines, a volunteer-driven organization providing real-time solutions for the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, Weston assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer at Dashlabs.ai.

Weston L obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, where they attended from 2010 to 2015. Later, in 2017, they attended a conference on Business, Finance, and Wealth Management at INSEAD. In 2019, Weston L also attended a conference on Exponential Thinking in Business, Finance, and Technology at Singularity University. The end year for their attendance at Singularity University is unknown.
