Xu Yifan

Xu (Hsu) Yifan (Evan) possesses extensive experience in investor relations, risk management, and corporate development. Currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at 深圳前海大数金融服务有限公司 since March 2018, Xu also holds the position of Global Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Infinova, where responsibilities include overseeing risk control and internal audits for the group. Previous roles include M&A Integration Intern at VMware, Corporate Development at GTA Finance and Education Group, and various positions at Shenzhen Development Bank focused on M&A integration and internal audit. Xu holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Securities Law from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
