Lisa Paganin

Lisa Paganin is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Project Manager at DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York) since June 2016. Previously, Lisa held the position of Principal Engineer at BMPC from October 2010 to June 2016, achieving the promotion in April 2015. Additional roles include Project Engineer at The LA Group, PC from September 2007 to May 2010, Sanitary Engineer at the NYS Department of Health from May 2005 to September 2007, and Assistant City Engineer in the City of Batavia from July 2000 to May 2005. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University (1992-1996) and an MBA in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology (1997-2002).
