DASNY
Marvin Frasier has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction and government sectors. Marvin started their career as a Legislative Assistant and Assistant Campaign Coordinator for the New York State Assembly from June 2006 to June 2007. Marvin then worked as a Project Manager for Cutting Edge Group, LLC from November 2007 to April 2012. Marvin joined DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York) in February 2012 and held the position of Contract Administrator until February 2016. From February 2016 to July 2019, they served as a Project Manager in Job Order Contracting. Marvin then progressed to the role of Senior Manager of Cost Control from July 2019 to June 2021. Marvin's most recent role was as a Senior Manager of Construction Contracts from June 2021 until the present time.
Marvin Frasier pursued their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2006 at the University at Albany, SUNY. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Organizational Communication and minoring in Business Administration.
