William Carroll

William Carroll is an experienced Project Manager at the Dormitory Authority State of New York, a position held since September 1995. Prior to this role, William served as an Executive Assistant at Galina Carroll Designs from 1991 to 2011 and worked as a Construction Engineer at Facilities Development Corporation from September 1987 to August 1995. William obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from SUNY Empire State College between 1987 and 1989.
