Hailey Schmitt

Hailey Schmitt currently serves as an Attorney at McCarty-Larson since February 2024. Previous experience includes a position as a Qualified Law Student - Student Attorney at TTU Law Family & Housing Clinic from August 2022 to May 2023, and as a Law Clerk for Lubbock County 99th District Court from June 2021 to August 2022. Additional law clerk experience was gained at Davidson Troilo Ream & Garza, PC from May 2022 to July 2022. Hailey Schmitt also interned with the U.S. House of Representatives in early 2020 and the U.S. Department of Education in the summer of 2019, along with tutoring at the TECHniques Center from 2019 to January 2020. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Texas Tech University School of Law (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University (2016-2020).
