Stephane Delmas

Stephane Delmas currently serves as the Responsable Qualité & Contrôle Etablissement at Dassault Aviation since January 2023, overseeing a team of 60 individuals in various quality assurance areas, including product compliance for the Falcon and Rafale programs. Prior to this role, Stephane worked at Dassault Aviation from January 2016 to September 2022 as Responsable Méthodes, Processus et Outils Qualité, where new quality assurance methods were implemented across several domains. Earlier experience includes roles at Sonaca, managing customer quality and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives, as well as positions at Valeo, Inteva Products, and Faurecia in program management and R&D. Stephane holds a Diplôme de Recherche Technologique in engineering systems and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in mechanical systems engineering from Université de Technologie de Troyes.
