Caroline Yow

Caroline Yow is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead at Dassault Systèmes since April 2018. Previously, Caroline held roles such as APJ Talent Strategist at Zebra Technologies and A.Director of Talent Strategy at KPMG Singapore, where Caroline also served as Talent Manager for the ASEAN Management Consulting division. Earlier in the career, Caroline worked as APAC HRBP focused on Talent Acquisition and Management at Rockwell Collins and as Consulting Manager at Talent Inc. Caroline holds degrees in Design Thinking and Innovation from both the Singapore University of Social Sciences and the National University of Singapore.
