Deborah Ducmanas

Deborah Ducmanas is an experienced PMO Director at DelmiaWorks, a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, since June 2017, overseeing project management processes and serving as the main escalation point for customers. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at Enron as a Marketing Development/Call Center Manager, where the company evolved into a leading energy trader. Deborah also served as President and PM Consultant at Contact Support Inc., managing a specialized project management team, and had previous experience at Gap Inc. as Manager of Contact Center/System Administrator, achieving significant improvements in performance metrics. Additional roles include Call Center Director/Project Manager at Nexus and Project Manager at Verint-Systems and The Huntington National Bank. Deborah is currently completing an Executive Leadership Program in Leadership and Business Transformation at INSEAD.
